为意向客户免费提供各种生产工艺方案,包括技术咨询、样品切割、设备选型,并按客户的特殊要求定制及做相应的调整。
We can provide customers with a variety of production processes programs free of charge, including technical advice, sample cutting equipment selection, customization according to special requirements of customers and make appropriate adjustments.
安装调试
Installation and Debugging
在按期向客户交付设备的同时,派技术服务工程师现场安装。在用户安装调试备件具备的条件下,技术服务工程师将在1-2天时间内把设备有序的安装调试完毕供客户使用。
While delivering equipment to the customer on time we will send technical service engineers for on-site installation. Under the conditions that the customers'sites are available for the installation and debugging of spare parts, our technical service engineers will complete the installation and debugging of the equipment orderly within 1-2 days for customer use.
技术培训
Technical Training
免费提供技术培训,在用户现场安装调试完毕后,培训用户方的操作、维修人员各1-2名。培训内容包括激光原理、设备构造、工艺说明、设备保养、激光安全防护、操作程序及简单故障排除等。
We provide free technical training. After the installation and debugging is completed at the user's site, we will conduct the training for user's operation with 1-2 maintenance personnel respectively. The training includes the laser principle, equipment structure, process description equipment maintenance, laser safety protection, operational procedures, simple troubleshooting etc.
设备维护
Equipment Maintenance
为用户提供全方位的售后服务工作，承诺设备自安装、调试合格之日起保修期1年。如设备运行受损故障,公司承诺24小时内为用户提供解决方案。设备保修期满后,终身提供维修服务。
We provide users with comprehensive after-sales services commitment: 1 year warranty since the date of equipment installation and debugging are qualified If equipment has operation failure the company promises to provide users with solutions within 24 hours. After the warranty expiration, the Company provides the lifetime maintenance services.
